Look forward July 2016

Starting the New financial year, we are having the US independent day holiday, Australian Election results uncertain, RBA rate announcement on Tuesday, US non-farm payroll on Friday, enough event to drive the market in this beginning northern school summer holiday.

There are different views on different central bank after the Brexit, market anticipates there may not have interest rate rise  in the US anytime soon this year, if that the case, RBA may cut the interest rate to prevent the impact, some may say Australia do not have much room for interest rate cut, however, some other central banks already in negative interest rate zone,  which give RBA to consider there may be a lot more room for interest rate decision. Central banks low-interest rate policy is the trend.
